    Helpdesk Support

    The IScientia Helpdesk Center (IHC) can be reached from Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. till 5 p.m. (except on public holidays).

    The IScientia Helpdesk Center is professionally set up to answer all your occasional installation, implementation and integration questions you may have after your purchase.

    You can also reach IHC by sending us an email with your appropriate question.

    To keep track of your issues a Helpdesk ID Number (HIN) will be confirmed over the phone or by automatic email reply. Always use and/or mention the HIN during the follow up of your issue.

    The customer is also free to choose the modular support plan as proposed by our experienced customer support team.

    Support Contracts


    Knowledge management and information retrieval systems are mission-critical to secure the intellectual capital within your organization or company. Having the scientific, medical, business & engineering research information on-line all the time is essential.

    IScientia has developed a modular support plan and a number of services to ensure and maintain this continuity. While the IHC will treat issues on a case-by-case basis, the different support contracts guarantee an action plan and results within a well-defined time frame.

    Service Contracts

    Partly our solutions include the necessary hardware components for integration in your LAN/WAN network. Our service contracts offer preventive and reactive support.
    The Omnium Service Contract reduces down time of the content, applications and hardware to the absolute minimum. Since most of the proposed hardware solutions are highly redundant maximal up time is guaranteed.

    Customers who have chosen for an ASP package to access the IScientia Content Servers Farm will benefit from a Service Level Agreement (SLA), which is included in the standard ASP sales proposal.
