This will lead to a further synergy and optimization of the products and services portfolio of the three partners. LIBIS/KULeuven, ELiAS and IVS offer today a wide range of IT solutions for different types of libraires and documentation centres. The integrated AMICUS library management system and the LibriVision web gateway of ELiAS is future proof software, based on international standards. The company is active in over 20 countries with software and services that have been chosen by some of the world’s most prestigious libraries. Library networks in Europe, the Middle East and Australia serve thousands of libraries with AMICUS and LibriVision applications. IVS is a leading IT-company in conversionware, distribution and implementation of bibliographic and full-text databases. IVS uses the most advanced internet technologies to dissiminate information in the most efficient way. The company is the sole agent for the British Library in the Benelux and technology partner for OVID/Silverplatter’s ERL® technology.
